Founded in 2012, the annual Eurasian Business Conference was established by students from UCL.
Its purpose is to create a platform allowing ambitious students to hear from and be heard by leading professionals from the UK, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Over the years, the conference has attracted some of the most prominent entrepreneurs and cultural figures, providing valuable networking opportunities and career guidance in London. Notable experts such as Sergei Guriev, Derk Sauer, Dmitry Glukhovsky, Edward Shenderovich, Fedor Ovchinnikov, and others have been featured in various talks organised by the community.
After a four-year hiatus, in 2024, a group of students and alumni from University College London (UCL) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) joined forces to organise the largest Eurasian Business Conference in history.
